The method
Set programmes, practical exercises.
Each course has objectives, content and results defined in advance, the same for every participant. Session time is mostly spent on exercises, built on cases typical of companies and professional practices.
Each session produces a tool that can be used the next day: verified requests, a configured assistant, a report template, a procedure. Between the first and the second session there is a short application to day-to-day work.
At the end, everything produced is exported to the participant's own files, which open in any program. The account remains the participant's, with everything configured in it.
The tools are Claude Pro, which we recommend, or ChatGPT Plus. Four courses out of six run entirely in the browser, so they work on centrally managed company computers.

How it works
From enrolment to the second session, in four steps.

Enrolment
Enrolment is completed by paying the fee in advance. Instructions for activating access to the tools follow.

First session
Two hours of explanation and guided exercises. The session ends with the first result, ready for use.

Application
Between the two sessions, a short application of what was learned to day-to-day work, from thirty to sixty minutes.

Second session
It opens by reviewing that application and continues with the second module. At the end, the materials produced are exported to the participant's own files.

Frequently asked questions
Which course should I start with?
With the course on professional AI use, if assistants are still little used in the organisation or there is no shared rule. Where those rules are already in place, it is possible to start with the course for your own function.
Do I need to know how to program?
No, for five courses out of six. The software development course is for people who write code.
Can I use ChatGPT instead of Claude?
Yes, for five courses out of six. The exercises are built on Claude, which we recommend. The software development course requires Claude Pro, which includes Claude Code.
Can I enrol on my own?
Yes. Online courses start once 5 people have enrolled, including from different organisations. We send the dates when the group is complete.
My company computer does not allow installing software. Can I attend?
Yes, the four courses that run entirely in the browser. The course on local models and the software development course require an installation: it is advisable to check it beforehand with the IT manager.
Do you run courses for a single organisation?
Yes. On-site courses are reserved for participants from the organisation that requests them. For programmes built around your own processes there is the tailored course, quoted on request.
