This notice describes how G&G Technologies S.r.l. processes the personal data of visitors to the ggtechnologies.sm website, of people who contact the company, of clients and of course participants. It is provided under Article 13 of Law no. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino and, for people located in the European Union, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data processed, purposes and legal bases
- Browsing. GitHub, which hosts the website, logs the IP address of visitors and the technical data of the request for the security of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the website. G&G Technologies does not receive these data, which GitHub keeps according to its own privacy statement.
- Enquiries. Name, contact details and content of the messages sent by email or telephone, processed to reply and, if requested, to prepare a quotation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps requested by the sender and legitimate interest in replying. Retention: 12 months from the last exchange, if no business relationship follows.
- Clients and course participants. Identification and billing data, contact details, payment references and correspondence, processed to perform the contract and comply with accounting and tax obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract and legal obligation. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and civil law.
Providing the data is optional for enquiries and necessary to conclude and perform a contract: without the data it is not possible to reply or to follow up the relationship.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no cookies. Only the preference between the light and the dark theme is kept in the browser, through the localStorage feature: it is necessary for the feature chosen by the visitor and is not sent to anyone.
Recipients
The data are disclosed only to the parties needed for the purposes stated:
- the provider of company email, with servers in the European Union;
- GitHub, for hosting the website;
- Google, for online course sessions on Google Meet;
- the professionals who assist G&G Technologies with accounting and tax compliance;
- banks, for handling payments;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
GitHub and Google may process data in the United States. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission; GitHub also relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of Law no. 171/2018 and of the GDPR you may request at any time:
- access to your data;
- rectification or completion;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of the data provided;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may lodge a complaint:
